Customer Appreciation Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

Active Customer: An individual or individuals who are in an active project cycle under contract with Apricity Pools LLC, or an active customer with Apricity Pools, LLC under a service agreement.  An active customer is eligible to receive this benefit.

Past Customer: An individual or individuals who are past customers of Apricity Pools, LLC having been under contract with a completed project.  Does not have an active service agreement or active project under contract.  A past customer is eligible to receive this benefit.

New Customer: An individual or individuals who are not past customers of Apricity Pools, LLC and have signed a contract.  The project may be subject to commence or in an active project life cycle before the project has concluded.  New customers under contract are eligible to receive this benefit if they refer new customers (even before becoming past or active customers).

Non-customers (Prospective Customers): Individuals who are neither new, active, or past customers of Apricity Pools, LLC.  Prospective customers who are not yet under contract are not eligible to receive this benefit.

Suppliers, Companies, Contractors or Merchants that recommend Apricity Pools, LLC to their employees and customers that become new customers under contract with Apricity Pools, LLC are eligible to receive this appreciation benefit as the firm they represent, but not as individuals.

  • No limit to reward pay-outs for active, past, or new customers of Apricity Pools only (Non-customers/Prospective customers are not eligible to receive benefit*).

  • *Apricity Pools will provide a donation of $250 to a NPO in the name of a supplier, contractor, company, or merchant that recommends Apricity Pools to a new customer that signs a contract.  This is the only non-customer provision in this referral program.

  • New customers must present to Apricity Pools the source of referral, ideally at project commencement or during the project build.  If Active or Past Customers reveal the referral to Apricity Pools, LLC, the new customer must confirm they were the source of referral.  Identifying a referral after a project’s completion does not qualify.

  • A gift card is a cash-equivalent instrument which after being purchased by Apricity Pools at the request of a customer, becomes the responsibility of the card holder and merchant bearing its name and is subject to terms and conditions, to include in some cases validation and expiration dates.  Apricity Pools does not own nor is responsible for a gift card’s terms and conditions after it is provided to a customer nor will it reissue or repurchase if the gift card expires or the instrument is not used within the terms and conditions set forth by the merchant.  Providing the gift card to the customer is the completion/termination of this reward program transaction.

  • Apricity Pools LLC will not replace or repurchase a gift card that was lost or stolen after it is provided to the customer.  Providing the gift card to the customer is the completion/termination of this reward program transaction.

  • Eligible customers opting for a donation to a local NPO – Apricity Pools, LLC will issue a business check from Apricity Pools made payable to the NPO and the instrument will be provided directly to the NPO from Apricity Pools, either in person or by mail.  A note will be included on the check indicating whose name(s) authorized the donation (the customer or customers).

  • If more than one eligible customer exists (for example, more than one customer is named in a contract) only one gift will be offered per household.  If the customers no longer occupy the same household, are separated, or by any circumstance, the first customer identified as the source of referral will be the gift recipient.  It will not be split or duplicated in such instances.

  • The referral gift is paid even if a new customer is taking advantage of a promotion or special offer (a“deal”).  There are no minimum values which apply to receive a referral gift, but Apricity Pools, LLC reserves the right to refuse projects based on any number of factors.

  • A referral gift will be paid at the conclusion of a project after the final customer payment is made, but not to exceed 30 days beyond project completion, so long as the recipient provides instruction to Apricity Pools what they would like to receive in benefit timely.

  • A merchant or NPO must do business in the service communities Apricity Pool, LLC operates (generally the East Valley of greater Phoenix, AZ).  They may be national affiliates but must service the communities in which we live and work to be eligible.

  • Apricity Pools reserves the right to suspend, terminate or change the terms and conditions of the Customer Appreciation Referral Program at any time with or without prior notice.

  • Apricity Pools reserves the right to refuse, deny, or terminate payment of benefit as deemed necessary at any time with or without cause..
